Executive introduction
One accountable delivery partner. Integrated specialist capabilities. Coordinated project execution.
Spitskop combines three utility-scale PV facilities, roughly 1,525 ha of available land and three separate 132 kV grid connections. Its construction phase will demand concurrent civil, piling, mechanical and electrical workfronts, sustained plant availability and rigorous interface control.
Dinga Engineering proposes to act as lead construction delivery partner to the appointed EPC — combining its own execution capability with Triad Consulting Engineers and a curated network of specialist contractors and plant providers, organised into five clearly bounded work packages.
Why a collaborative model
Built for the EPC's evaluation priorities
Single point of accountability
One contracting interface for the EPC across civil, piling, mechanical and plant packages.
Scalable specialist depth
Specialist partners mobilised per work package rather than carried as permanent overhead.
Integrated management
Triad Consulting Engineers embedded for engineering, project controls and construction management.
Local participation
Structured local labour, procurement and enterprise development in Limpopo.
Proposed contribution
Five work packages, each with a named lead
